Staff/Faculty/Chairman: Outstanding. Top names in every field. Great mentors.
Operating Experience: Fellows dominate certain services (joints, sports, shoulder, hand...)
Research Opportunities: Dedicated months for research, dedicated faculty.
Residents: Uniformly excellent, apparently get top fellowship choices
