Anyone know where I could find a resource that lists what reading should be done at each year? This includes suggested journal articles, textbooks, etc. It seems like there are several textbooks that are good but they always lack in some area.

The OKU series lists classic articles at the end of each chapter.

Anyone know where to get complete most uptodate OKU series and about how much it costs? Does it come in a set to include all the books (SPine, Hand, Joints, Peds, SPorts, etc...) or do you have to purchase them individualy? THanks

The OKU series is available through the AAOS: It is sold as individual books. Each numbered book (i.e. OKU7) is an "update" of current orthopedic practice which is published every couple of years. They also have specialty books such as OKU Sports/Medicine which offers a more detailed update in that specialty. Before the in-training, I would usually read the most recent OKU book which helped considerably with my scores. Although the books are sold separately, the CD ROM holds entire sets and is a excellent tool to have at your fingertips. I use it in clinic when I run across something unusual.
You can find these books in the AAOS catalog:
