Thanks for the info on IU guys, I agree that no news is good news,,, at least for now.

Also, FixFx, just out of curiosity I was wondering if you rotated at NU? I want to get to the bottem of this "you have to rotate to interview" thing at Northwestern.

BigErn,

Got invite from Northwestern but did not rotate there. I've been told it's unusual but can happen. Good luck everyone, it sounds like the interviews are finally starting to come in.

Hey,

Summa-Akron emailed last weekend (?) for basically any weekday. Got a letter from CW putting me on the wait-list.

On Gen Med call tonight.
Give me my cheezy-poofs.

I have heard that Akron General and Summa rarely interview the same candidates. Anyone out there hear from both yet? I have an interview with General, but I haven't heard a word from Summa yet.

ortho2003--

I heard from Akron General and from Summa. Keep an eye out for Summa--they sent their e-mail on a Saturday.

Did rotate at NW. There were a few guys in the program who did not rotate, but most did.

"I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and dog-gone-it, I thought people liked me?" Still haven't heard a word from anyone, but realized my spam guard on yahoo is activated. I get like 80 bulk messages a day (fill out a few forms with email on it and look at porn, I mean physical art once, maybe twice on the internet and gave my email address and I can't stop the crap. Has anybody had their spam guard on and still had the offers go through? Are the offers normally individualized or as a group. Just in a wee-bit of a tizzy right now of whom I may have deleted. Any thoughts? :-?

Also need to shout out a few Hallelujahs about Notre Dame finally showing how over-rated they are. I watched a local high school football game the other night with a better offense. The broadcasting is just getting out of hand. They win a few games and suddenly they are on every friggin weekend and it's the leading story on everybodies local news. Give me a break. Just had to get that off my chest after taking @$%& from some Dame fans when they beat Florida State last week.

BigPiece-

It seems as if interviews are being sent out in groups and not individualized. I haven't had any difficulty receiving invites with my spam guard on, but I did disable it yesterday out of pure paranoia. Hang in there, I think it's still a bit early. Good luck!

Step 1 241, AOA. That being said, I think that getting a NW invite is much more Ilikely with having rotated there regardless of your #s. I have a feeling this is just the start of the whacky process that is impossible to predict based on #s. Sit back and hope for the best. :smokin:

Does anyone know if these early interview offers represent the only offering of interviews for these programs or do they have waves of offers coming later? :oh well:
