How bad does it look if you only earn a high pass on an away (ortho) rotation? It obviously doesn't bode well for my chances at that program, but what goes through your mind if you see that on an application?The rest of my application is good - 240+, I honored my home rotation and another away. Is this going to be a big red flad that is going to hurt my chances of getting interviews, or more like something I'm going to have to explain on interviews? I appreciate any honest feedback, I'd rather find out now then as the next few months go by.

Well, if it's any comfort, if that grade was just entered into yoour transcript today, odds are that nobody will see the high pass because transcripts and dean's letters have already been submitted.

Probably only an issue at the program that gave you the High Pass grade - will likely not be discussed by anyone else --
