Sports Medicine Programs friendly to IMGs

Hi,I am an IMG.I am ECFMG certified.I want to apply for Sports medicine fellowship.Can somebody tell me about programs which are IMG Friendly.

getting a clinical sports fellowship ( which is probably the most sought after branch) in the US esp for an IMG is extremely tough. u ll have to apply to 20-30 prograns and might get a couple of interviews
