Step II not taken on date shown on ERAS, etc

So, I've seen a few threads kinda related to my situation in that I wasn't able to devote proper time to The Deuce, and had a 15pt drop. I feel good about my step 1, but it isn't in the rockstar range.

My concern is that while I didn't auto-report, when I filled out my ERAS I anticipated taking it in October. I didn't, but that's what is shown. I have a feeling that is going to make it come up more often than not, and not sure how to address it without lying that I don't know how I did, or that I took it at all.

Am I worried for nothing?
