The First Annual U.S. Comprehensive Course on Total Hip Resurfacing Arthroplasty will occur in Annapolis, Maryland on Friday, November 9 and Saturday, November 10, 2007. This CME-accredited course will bring together the world leaders in total hip resurfacing for a combination of didactic presentations, focused discussions, and surgical demonstrations.
