September 13 - 15, 2012. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada.
In collaboration with Dr. Richard Friedman, ICJR Education Board member, Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, Medical Director of Charleston Orthopaedic Associates, Adjunct Professor of Bioengineering at Clemson University and Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Roper Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, the ICJR platform is being used to introduce ICJR's First Annual Shoulder Course. This program is intended as the premier educational resource in the diagnosis, repair selection, repair execution, and perioperative management of the shoulder patient.
The ICJR Shoulder Course represents one of the most important and timely educational opportunities available to orthopaedic surgeons worldwide. Like all ICJR programs, the course aims to bridge the gaps that exist between evidence based results, practical surgical knowledge, and the current practice considerations faced by the ORS. The educational structure of ICJR has been fashioned around how the orthopaedic surgeon chooses to learn, while meeting the needs of the healthcare system and the satisfaction of orthopaedic patients.
