This conference will bring together the world leaders in hip and knee joint preservation and reconstruction for a combination of didactic presentations, focused discussions, and surgical demonstrations. The goal is to identify, outline, and discuss the current state of knowledge in the clinical and basic sciences as they pertain to the diagnosis and treatment of hip and knee disorders in adult patients.

This course has been the standard in teaching lower extremity alignment for the past two decades. It is designed for orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists and allied health professionals who treat long-bone deformities. No prior experience is required. The internationally renowned faculty will introduce basic and advanced limb reconstruction concepts, including corrective osteotomies, limb alignment, limb lengthening and internal and external fixation. The course features lectures, deformity planning sessions, hands-on saw bone labs and a digital radiograph planning lab. Participants will also have an opportunity to present adult, pediatric and podiatric cases to their peers.
