Rehab of the Bicep - 2008/06/13 13:42 I have a Distal bicep rupture in my left arm and due to original misdiagnosis by my Doctor it was to late to operate (6 weeks). I now have a large gap on my upper arm were part of the bicep once was. As I train regulary in the gym the strength has come back significantly but the bicep head appears to have moved up my arm more. Could this because the bicep head that is left has grown therefore when tense the head is peaking higher or is this something that I should consult my Doctor with. Is ther any corrective surgery I can have 12 months on? I am completley pain free and have been since the rupture, however aesthetically it looks ridiculous in my opinion.
