First Annual U.S. Comprehensive Course on Total Hip Resurfacing
Arthroplasty will occur in Annapolis, Maryland on Friday, November 9
and Saturday, November 10, 2007. This CME-accredited course will bring
together the world leaders in total hip resurfacing for a combination
of didactic presentations, focused discussions, and surgical
demonstrations. The goal is to identify, outline, and discuss the
current state of knowledge in the clinical and basic sciences as they
pertain to resurfacing technology.

shoulder replacement, moderated by Edward V. Craig, M.D. and performed by David
