Thank you for your interest in submitting a case to Orthogate.
We have a few common-sense guidelines for case
submission.
Guidelines for Submission:
- Pertinent positives and negatives for the history, physical examination and laboratory tests should be submitted where
known.
- The case should be presented in time-sequential manner with the pertinent findings occurring at specific time
intervals. (Diagnoses and management should be presented after the initial history).
- Long term follow up is preferred but not required.
- High quality digital photographs or scans are best. It is better to submit a large file that we can resize later rather than
a lower quality file which we may not choose to post. Please submit images in JPG or GIF format only.
- You will be given credit as contributor of a case, and if you wish, we would be able to provide a link to your homepage
or email address.
- After submission, all cases become the property of OrthoNet and reside on our server.
- Because of the previous point, we reserve the right to alter any photograph or image that has been submitted,
including placement of our logo prior to publication to the web, removing other commercial logos or watermarks, resizing,
and/or concealment of identity. These changes will be discussed with you prior to publication.
I have read, and agree with the above guidelines. I would like to submit a case to Orthogate.
